The Fabrick Platform Customer Portal is a web dashboard that enables Fabrick customers to configure their account.
The Customer Portal can be accessed directly from the Login menu item on top of each Fabrick website page. By logging in to the private profile, you are enabled to access the following functionalities:
- Personal information. You can review the personal information related to your account.
- Account configuration. A section that allows the configuration of account-level settings (e.g., payment calls thresholds).
- APIKey-level configurations. A section that allows the configuration of the following security options for each of your APIKeys: IP address whitelist, APIKey-level payment calls limitations, and redirect URL.
- API Calls. A section that allows the access to the complete list of your API calls. You can refer to these data to track your API calls, to investigate unexpected behavior of our services, or to obtain useful information while developing/debugging your system.
We support the access to your private profile by means of Fabrick Credentials or Sella Credentials. If you are not sure about the credentials to use for the access to your private profile, please contact our Customer Support.
Access with Fabrick Credentials
In order to log in into your private profile, you will need your Fabrick customer identification credentials, namely:
- Your
EMAIL

Access with Sella Credentials
In order to log in into your private profile, you will need your Sella customer identification credentials, namely:
- Your
USER_CODE
(an 8-digit unique identification code also known as IB Code) or yourUSER_NAME
. - Your
PIN_CODE
, a 4-digit personal secret code. - An
OTP
, a 6-digit code issued by your RSA-token (that can be either physical or digital).
The identification credentials are issued by Banca Sella at the end of the customer onboarding process by sending an activation email to you email address; such credentials are the same that you use to access the Internet Banking website (www.sella.it).

The activation procedure requires data provided in the email sent with your new credentials, and an OTP that will be sent via SMS to the mobile number provided during subscription.
